Becky is a development manager and education counsellor based in Sydney. Becky oversees operations and financials of the company.

Becky came to Australia from Vietnam as a recipient of a full Australian Government scholarship and graduated with High Distinction in Finance and International Business from UNSW. She earned the globally recognised Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation in 2012.

Becky began her career in Vietnam’s leading securities firm and investment funds, before relocating to Australia through the skilled migration program. For the past seven years, Becky has been working in financial advisory and project development management with Sydney-based Pandigroup, while also co-founding LA Ventura, a boutique tourism business in NSW.

Drawing on her personal journey as an international student and migrant, she is passionate about guiding students and families to explore education opportunities and pathways in Australia.

Becky has completed the Australia Education Agent Training Course and received the Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) certificate.

Xuan Luong

Xuan built her academic and professional career in Vietnam before relocating to Australia in early 2026. She is now based in Melbourne, and is responsible for business development of OZ ScholarLinks.

Xuan has completed the Australia Education Agent Training Course and received the Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) certificate.

Xuan is the Founder & Director of Palm River Academy in Danang, the first experiential learning-based education model in Vietnam, established in 2014. Xuan continues to oversee the academy remotely from Australia.

Xuan's children are pursuing degrees at leading Australian universities. She has also guided many students through their journeys to study at high schools and universities in the United States, Australia, and Canada. Her mission is to empower students to become confident, resilient, and independent.

Le Nhat Nguyen

Consultant

Le is based in Adelaide, Australia and is responsible for both business development and governance & compliance of OZ ScholarLinks.

Le spent 12 years building a career in financial and accounting roles in Vietnam before relocating to Australia in 2017. Since then, she has been working in senior roles at Australian accounting firms, gaining first-hand, practical experience of Australian financial systems, compliance standards and the realities of settling into life and work in Australia.

That dual perspective — over a decade of financial discipline paired with the personal experience of migrating from Vietnam to study, live, work and grow in Australia — is the foundation OZ ScholarLinks was built on. Le joins the consultancy to give Vietnamese students and their families the same clear-eyed, financially grounded guidance that would have made her own transition easier, paired with genuine care for each student's long-term success.

Phuong Nguyen

Consultant

Phuong is a corporate advisor, economist, and international education counsellor with extensive experience across financial markets, corporate advisory, economics, and business. She is based in Brisbane, Australia and consults businesses and individuals on commercial, economic, and strategic matters.

Originally from Vietnam, Phuong came to Australia for higher education, and was awarded with Australian government scholarships to undertake a Bachelor of Business Management and Master of Economics at The University of Queensland.

Phuong began her professional career in Vietnam's securities industry, working with leading securities companies from 2008 to 2018. Since 2019, Phuong has been working in Australia as a corporate advisor and economist, drawing on her strong background in finance and economics.

Drawing on her own experience as an international student and her academic and professional journey between Vietnam and Australia, Phuong is passionate about helping students and families explore education opportunities and suitable study pathways in Australia.
